If you require more than 15 minutes to discuss your project, please make a booking via txt message to meet in person, on site, or online. Advice that requires substantial time and input will be charged at hourly rate. All building work is charged at hourly rate unless a more fixed quote is agreed to. How we proceed
Contract Builder - Construction phase only
Give us a call or an email outlining your brief, the site address and any drawings you may have.
We will arrange a meeting at the site, at our office or online to discuss the project further. More than 15 minutes of advice may be charged at hourly rate at this early stage before you have agreed to go with one company or another.
We prefer to be involved with your chosen Architect or Designer to provide advice on building systems and detailing before building consent is applied for. If you already have the consented plans, please send them our way for review.
If it's a small job or renovation, we can provide an estimate with hourly rates. Scope of work shall be agreed in writing.
If it's a large job, it may require substantial time to develop a full costed budget and this would be charged for at an agreed fee. Once you have received and reviewed the quote, you may decide to proceed with the building work and a contract will be put in place.
Depending on the scope and scale of job, this can be a contract agreed based on an estimate or fixed fees with variations.
